Offer your space for workplace education.

Can you accommodate a tutor and student for their weekly one-hour lesson? Or are you interested in workplace education programs that help your employees? Our tutors and students meet various days, at various times. If you have an open space, it's likely that we have a tutor and student who can use it. Contact our executive director for more information here.

Advertise our tutor training workshops.

If you have a newsletter, a way to advertise online or a place to post flyers such as a Break Room, you can encourage interest in literacy volunteerism. Talk with our marketing team about our preprinted ads and releases.

Make a donation.

Has your company made its charitable contribution yet this year? It’s no secret that people patronize businesses that support the causes they believe in. A recent study conducted by Leo Shapiro & Associates shows that literacy ranks very high in importance in west suburban Chicago. 70% of the 1,000 residents surveyed agreed that it is important for immigrants to learn English. Help us give our neighbors the opportunity to learn English, and click here to make a secure donation.
